Recently, Fairbanks Florist had the opportunity to collaborate with top tier vendors in Central Florida’s wedding industry. Carly with Designer Weddings by Carly Rose came up with the most creative design vision for the stylized bohemian chic wedding shoot at Bella Collina. Carly brought together all the elements and vendors who executed her vision in exquisite style! We were asked to provide the floral décor and did not hesitate to say YES! Styled shoots are a wonderful way to showcase local vendor’s talents, as well as provide brides with inspiration for their own weddings.

Fairbanks Florist custom designed all the luxurious floral elements for the shoot. Tables were dressed in a combination of high and low arrangements. The beautiful gold pillars and vessels, combined with the eclectic glassware and antique mercury glass votive holders created a stylish bohemian vibe. The bride's bouquet was exquisite, with a dramatic mixture of pincushion protea, anthiriums, white ranunculus, white peonies, David Austin Beatrice garden roses, quicksand roses, bleached ruscus, queen anns lace and feather grass. Perhaps our favorite part of the design was the floral collar we created for the Llama. Although Lana routinely creates custom floral arrangements for dogs of the bride and groom, this was a first!

This styled shoot also provided an opportunity to showcase unique ways to incorporate & repurpose floral designs. Towering floral columns were used to create a beautiful ceremony backdrop behind the couple during the ceremony and then repurposed to flank the hip custom designed seating chart created by Andi Meija and Company. On the dinner table check out the flowers we tucked inside clear display boxes to create unique & customized place cards for each guests place setting, also created by Andi.

This mock wedding was a wonderfully eclectic mix of boho chic and classic glamour. From the bride’s long sleeve fringed lace gown to the larger than life floral displays we created, every detail was meticulously designed and curated. It was a pleasure and an honor to work alongside some of the top vendors in the industry to create this stunning shoot!
